Write notes as you go
Initially developed as a tool to work outside the office, Microsoft OneNote is a program that allows you to take notes freely, basically working like a notepad.
Manage your notes
The main idea behind Microsoft OneNote is to be able to manage your notes as if you had them stored in a folder, allowing you to share the notes on the Internet to carry out team work, simply requiring synchronization.
Unlike ordinary plain text applications, Microsoft OneNote allows you to include images without any loss of quality, freehand drawings, recorded audio and even video. But what is even better is that all this information is indexed and can be looked up by carrying out searches.
Another of the noteworthy things about OneNote is that it includes Microsoft Word's the spellcheck and grammar tools, allowing the user to check that the notes are properly written.
The notes are organized into side tabs, identical to those that can be found in many folders and ring binders used by school and university students, making it a lot easier to access the data.
Download Microsoft OneNote to be able to write notes about any subject and then share them with your friends.
- Runs on Windows 7 and above.
